Welcome to Service Olmos Solutions LLC. By accessing our website, contacting us, or hiring our handyman and cleaning services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.

4. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Client", "You": The individual or entity hiring our services.
• "Contractor", "We", "Us", "Service Olmos": Service Olmos Solutions LLC and its employees, agents, or authorized subcontractors.
• "Services": Handyman services (general repairs, installations, maintenance) and residential/commercial cleaning services.
• "Website": The official website of Service Olmos Solutions LLC.
• "Parties": Collectively, the Client and Service Olmos Solutions LLC.
• "Contract": The agreement between the Client and Service Olmos Solutions LLC for the provision of services.

5. SERVICES OFFERED

5.1 Handyman Services

• Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, faucet installation, drains)
• Minor electrical repairs (light fixture changes, switches, outlets)
• Basic carpentry and furniture assembly
• Installation of accessories (shelves, curtains, picture frames, towel bars)
• Interior painting and touch-ups
• Wall repairs (patching, drywall)
• General property maintenance

5.2 Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services

• Regular and deep cleaning of homes
• Office and commercial space cleaning
• Move-in/Move-out cleaning
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Carpet vacuuming and floor mopping
• Dusting of surfaces

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash (receipt provided)
• Bank transfer (ACH)
• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
• Zelle, Venmo, Cash App (in the company's name)
• Cashier's check (with prior coordination)

6.2 Payment Terms

Fixed-price projects	50% deposit + 50% upon completion
Jobs over $500 USD	50% deposit required

6.3 Late Payment Charges

Payments not received within 7 days of invoicing will be subject to a monthly interest charge of 1.5% (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Client no-show	50% of service estimate (minimum $85 USD)

8. INSURANCE

A certificate of insurance will be provided upon Client's request by emailing insurance@solmoss.com with 48 hours notice.

9. WARRANTY

We offer a 90-day warranty on handyman services labor. The warranty covers defects directly related to our work and does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by client misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Defective materials supplied by the client
• Modifications by third parties

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide access to work areas
• Secure pets during service
• Remove valuables and fragile items
• Ensure availability of water and electricity

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Davis County, Utah.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
